  • Individuals working in FMCG product marketing can also apply for Channel Partner at Shreeniwas Innovations.
  • An individual should be able to find distributors. For example, if he is assigned locations such as Dhule, Jalgaon, Nandurbar and Nagar.   • No the individual has to pay for the travel and stay at a particular location.

What is the task after getting a distributor?

  • The individual should do a survey that which category oil is maximum required in that area. For example, the requirements of oils such as 2-wheelers, bullets, 3 wheeler, 4 wheeler, JCBs, tractors, etc. should be noted. He should give this requirement to the distributor so that the distributor can design the order as per that.

Does the Channel Partner get an incentive?

  • Yes the Channel Partner gets an incentive by cutting the TDS and it is transferred to his account after dispatching the order to dealer / distributor.

Is there a limit of years for working at Shreeniwas Innovations?

  • A Channel Partner can work lifetime or as per his ability by signing an agreement with the company for the number of years or days he is ready to work. There is no time assigned for working with the company.

How much should a distributor invest?

  • The distributor should be able to start from INR 3 Lakh and should have INR 15 Lakh balance. But it is recommended to invest INR 25,000 initially for sample survey, then you can decide whether to invest or not. If people are appreciating the products and demanding the products, he can then invest a big amount.

What support is offered to the distributors by the company?

  • At the start, the company’s sales person will train the distributor or his staff about explaining each product to the customers.
  • Garage and spare part owners are offered schemes on buying maximum products. For example, if you take 5 boxes of lubricants, you get free gifts such as raincoat, t-shirt, cap, etc. Even discounts are offered by the company instead of gifts if the distributor wants so.

How are the products delivered to the distributor?

  • The company’s vehicles will deliver the products to the distributor. The first order of INR 25,000 is delivered as per company’s time. Later, when the investment of INR 2 or 3 Lakh is done, the order is delivered as per the distributor’s desired time.

What if a product doesn’t get sold and is pending with the distributor?

  • If The Distributor Returns Back The Product Within 45 Days Of Purchase, Then He Needs To Pay To And Fro Transportation . But If He Returns The Product After 45 Days, Then Inr 10/L For Transportation And Inr 23/L For Demurrage Charges Are To Be Paid To The Company.
  • This Is Because The Bucket, Bottle Or Vessel Needs To Be Cut And The Product Needs To Be Re-Charged As The Oils Vary For Different Seasons. So, The Cost Of Bottle, Sticker, Box, Etc. Is To Be Paid.
