Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Shipping Policy is designed for use on the website. This document informs the user about the regulations concerning the shipment of products after they have been ordered on the website. The subsequent terms and conditions form our Shipping & Cancellation Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

a. All Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hrs from factory outlet and delivered within 2 to 3 business days except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, depending on the location of the place of delivery as well as the time taken by courier company and dispatch organizations.

b. Delivery time depends on the product ordered, area Pin Code and the delivery time estimated.

c. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by additional 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

d. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

e. The delivery time is merely indicative and may vary due to external factors.

2. What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges are included in the product pricing shown on the product page for Fuel-Additive. There are no other delivery charges.
For Engine Oils, Gear Oils and Grease, delivery charges would be extra as per delivery location and time excluding the product pricing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive Shipment Confirmation via text message on your provided mobile number with us, once your order has shipped. You can check order status by visiting the ‘Track Order’ page on our website.

4. Wrong & Incomplete Address

a. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.

b. If you have entered the wrong shipping address or contact details. It might cause a delay or missed delivery.

5. International Delivery

Currently, SIPL doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.
